Charolais senior honours went to the senior female champion, Tweeddale Jazzylady from Redhead and Watson, with this being a Blelack Digger daughter. Reserve senior was Andrew Hornall’s Falleninch Jeroboam, the senior bull champion by Deteskit Fernando. Taking reserve senior female honours was Formakin Juniper, a Major daughter from Messrs McMurrich. Then in reserve in the senior males was Carwood Jagerbomb, a Glenrock Eiger son from the Wights.
Leading the way in the Charolais junior championship was Auchincrieve Lavender, an Olrig Highwayman heifer from C and E McCombie, with Andrew Hornall’s bull Falleninch Landslide taking the junior male and reserve junior titles. He’s by Deteskit Fernando. The reserve junior female was Dunesk Lulu from Jimmy and Margaret McMillan, with this being by Brampton Albert. Then in reserve spot in the junior males was Panmure Lincoln from J Cant and sired by Thrunton Firecracker.
Also congratulations to Stephen Taylor who won the young handlers competition.
