Supreme champion and British Charolais Cattle Society winner was a six-month-old 304kg Charolais cross steer sired by Craigland Danial and out of a British Blue cross Limousin dam from Andrew Anderson, Smallburn Farms, Elgin. Sold for £3,800 to an undisclosed English buyer.
Reserve British Charolais Cattle Society winner was Michael Durno, Auchorachan, Glenlivet with the junior reserve heifer champion, a seven-month-old 342kg Charolais x Simmental cross sired by the 10,000gn Castellmawr Danial. It sold for £1,450 to show judge Andrew Ewing, Dumbretton Farm, Annan.
